"David was very patient and thorough. He explained my options, with pros and cons. He did not pressure me into my decisions. He was prompt and told me what to expect and with the pandemic how long my refi was expected to take. I was already in the process with another lender and was very dissatisfied with the their process. After six months and no communication from a live person who was actually handling the process and new the status. They requested the same documents at least 3 times."
